Who is the author of the book ‘Covid-19: Sabhyata ka Sankat Aur Samadhan’?
Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi has recently launched a new book which focuses on how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the common way of life while suggesting solutions to the ongoing crisis caused by the pandemic.
‘Covid-19: Crisis of Civilisation and Solutions’ is the original title of the book.
Kailash Satyarthi said “Around 1.5 billion children across the globe are affected by school closure and almost half of them do not have the access to online education. It is unfortunate that only 0.13 per cent of the USD 8 trillion global Covid response has been allocated to the most vulnerable.” during the launch of the book.
Kailash Satyarthi is a child rights activist, awarded the Nobel Peace Prize jointly with Malala Yousafzai for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education in 2014.
